The business owner, who was in attendance at the party, also violated the time frame in which the permit allows, which was from 6 p.m. The business has applied for a permit to hold the party at this location, but police indicated that the party far exceed the 75-person limit that the permit allows, as police indicated there were hundreds of individuals at the party.
